COOKERY

The cookery section is open to all levels of experience, whether you are a master baker in the kitchen or a learner starting out, there are a variety of classes for all levels from the little ones to the more experienced. Have some fun baking and creating, you never know your luck.

All entries will need to be completed online by 11am 8th April 2021 and received at the showground by 12 noon on 8th April tagged and ready for judging.

All exhibitors and general public are to vacate the pavilion when judging is in progress. The Pavilion will open following judging and completion of display.

Exhibits must be the bonafide work of the exhibitor. Exhibits cannot compete in more than one class. Cakes baked in ring tins or bar tins will not be accepted, unless stated in schedule. Do not ice sides of cakes or decorate with coconut or hundreds and thousands unless specified.

All exhibits/entries will be available for collection at the showground/pavilion between 4pm and 5pm Saturday 10th April or between 8am and 12 noon on Sunday 11th April from the Secretaries Office.
