Entries open online from Thursday 26th March or at the Secretaries Office from Tuesday 6th April 2021. Entries close Thursday 8th April at 11am and to be in the pavilion by 12 noon sharp. All exhibitors and general public are to vacate the pavilion when judging is in progress. Pavilion will close at 5.30pm Saturday 10th April and re-open for collection of items from the Secretaries Office on Sunday 11th April from 10am – 12 noon.
All paintings entered for Classes 1 & 2 must be framed ready for hanging and clearly marked on the back with artist’s name and address, class and price (if for sale). Works may be sold for indicated prices, with the Association retaining 10% commission. Title of work, media used & price on card attached to front of work. Bulk school entries close 1st April, 2021 (last day of Term 1). Individual entries close Thursday 8th April 2021 at 12 noon.
